There are no bracelets here, and we like to keep thecamping spirit alive on our human-sized site, where tranquillity and conviviality reign supreme. Our family campsite in Vaison-la-Romaine was created in 1994 by Jean and Sylvette, the parents of Jérôme, who took over in 2007 with the help of his partner Élise. You’ll find them everywhere, from reception to maintenance. To serve you better, we try to be as close as possible to you.
Everything has been prepared to make your stay a success, and all the staff will be delighted to help you. A warm, personalized welcome awaits you.

Like home in Vaison
To help you discover part of our Provencal terroir, we offer a selection of wines, as well as a few local products and basic necessities.
You can also order a selection of breads and pastries delivered by our baker from April to October.
To make your stay easier, a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board with iron is available in the sanitary facilities.
Our facilities include a hairdryer, library, board games and a common room with TV and computer.
SHARING AND DISCOVERY
Motorhome friends welcome
We welcome motorhome owners. You won’t be left out – everyone is equally welcome here.
At the entrance, you’ll find the drain grate for grey water. You can fill up with drinking water and empty your chemical toilet cassettes.
You also have access to water and electricity on each stabilized pitch. Once you’ve parked your camper, you won’t need to take it out again – everything is within walking distance.
Our catering offer to enjoy your vacations in Vaison
Despite its proximity to downtown Vaison-la-Romaine, the Théâtre Romain campsite offers a small market twice a week from April to October, with wine tasting and takeaway pizzas. We also have a seasonal rotisserie service every Saturday evening (remember to reserve in advance). Paella is also prepared on site on Wednesday evenings. All this to help you make the most of your relaxing days.
If you’d like to quench your thirst, come and join us at our little “place du bonheur”, where the campsite refreshment area awaits you. Here you’ll find local beers, cocktails and a selection of wines. What’s more, it’s open all season long.

- Baby kits with cot and high chair;
- Linen kits, bed linen and towels.

If you fancy a barbecue, no problem, we also have barbecues for hire, supplied with charcoal.

Campsite close to all amenities in Vaison-la-Romaine
Our campsite is located right next to Vaison-la-Romaine town center, in the heart of Provence.
Everything is within walking distance– you won’t find anything closer.
We’re just 500 m from the town center , with the tourist office on one side and supermarkets on the other.
Our beautiful town has many shops and restaurants open all year round.
On the sightseeing front, the ancient theater is just 300 m away , and the medieval city overlooking our famous Roman bridge is just 1 km away.

A playground to delight your children
For the little ones, there’s a shaded play area to protect them from our beautiful Provencal sun. They can slide and climb to their heart’s content.
To ensure your children’s safety, the area is surrounded by barriers, the ground is specially designed to cushion them in the event of a fall, and is located next to the refreshment area.
You can quench your thirst while they play with their new friends.
It is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Please note that there are no activities for children.

Leisure and sports facilities
To help you have a good time, we provide free table soccer, table tennis,air field hockey, darts, boules and billiards.
At reception, you can borrow board games.
If you fancy a swim, don’t worry, you can take advantage of our aquatic area.
In our common room, you’ll find a TV to follow sporting events such as the Tour de France, and you can also borrow a book from our library.
GOOD HUMOR
Pétanque at the boulodrome: Provence par excellence
Here, pétanque is theNo. 1 activity on the campsite and in Provence.
Beginners and experienced players alike are welcome. We have 5 courts at your disposal , one of which is covered. Almost every day ends with a friendly get-together in the shade of our trees. It’s a great way to get to know other campers.
A free contest is also held every Thursday.
